Thomas Burton Dye and Ethel Dye(Born Ethel Dunn) would be married on January 6th, 1902. The pair were good, methodist, country farmers, and by the time little Fitzhugh entered the word they would have already had 5 kids.

She was known to her family as Willie May, and she the typical life of a child at the time. She went to school, she could read and write, and she helped her family on the farm. There is no account of her marrying or having kids, and she would die in September of 1972 in Memphis, Tennessee.
The next child in the family is Thomas "Owen Dye". Owen was born on January 28th 1904. His early life was relatively similar to his older sisters' however Owen chose to move away as an adult to start his own family. He would marry Lola Stewart and have 4 kids. He died in Olive Branch, the same town he grew up in, on March 30, 1984.
Louanna Dye would be the third child born to the family, and her story is a lot shorted than her other siblings'. She was born August 19th, 1905, and she died on June 26th, 1909. She was only four years old.
The family's next child is Chester Leland Dye. Born on November 16th, 1908, he would marry Louise Dye, and become the owner of the family farm when his father died in 1933. He would also become the head of the family as his wife, his two daughters, his mother, and Fitzhugh all lived with him at the time. He would go on to live at the family farm until February 1985 when he died.

The youngest child in the family was Raymond Clifford Dye. Raymond was born on October 22nd 1912, and he is the only child younger than Fitzhugh. Raymond married Ann Norfleete Ellis, and he would have several children with her. However Raymond's peaceful family life was interrupted when he was drafted into the war along with his brother Fitzhugh. Unlike Fitzhugh, he would survive, and he died on February 20th, 1988.
